Return & Exchange Policy

At RetailMart.Online, we are committed to providing quality products and a transparent shopping experience. Please read this Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order, as it defines the terms under which exchanges and warranty claims are accepted.


1. Exchange Policy (Damaged Products Only)

  • RetailMart.Online offers exchange only and does not offer returns or refunds.
  • Exchange requests are accepted only if the product is received in a damaged condition.
  • Customers must report the damaged product within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • A clear and unedited opening video showing the product, packaging, and damage must be shared within 24 hours.
  • Requests raised without proper video evidence or after 24 hours will not be considered.

2. Exchange Timeframe

  • Eligible damaged product exchanges must be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery. New Product will be Shipped within 48 hrs after management approves the exchange (Generally it takes 2 working days to process the exchange request). And product will be delivered within 10 days.
  • No exchange requests will be accepted after 7 days, under any circumstances.

3. No Return & No Refund Policy

  • All sales on RetailMart.Online are final.
  • Products once delivered cannot be returned.
  • Refunds are not offered, except where legally required.

4. Warranty Policy (6 Months)

  • All products sold on RetailMart.Online come with a 6-month limited warranty, unless otherwise stated.
  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects or functional issues only.
  • The warranty does not cover:
    • Physical or accidental damage
    • Mishandling or misuse
    • Normal wear and tear
    • Water or liquid damage
    • Unauthorized repair or modification
  • Warranty claims will be processed only after inspection and approval by our technical team.

5. Difference Between Damaged Product & Warranty Claim

6. Exchange & Warranty Approval

  • All exchange and warranty requests are subject to verification.
  • RetailMart.Online reserves the right to approve or reject any request based on evidence and inspection.
  • Approved replacements will be dispatched within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Shipping & Handling

  • Shipping for approved exchanges will be handled as per company policy.
  • RetailMart.Online is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen events.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled.
  • Cancellation requests before dispatch are subject to approval.
